She's A Great Singer, Now Jennifer Hudson Looks Great As Well!
Jennifer Hudson can sing her a** off. This we know. But for a long while, Jennifer was heavily scrutinized for her extra weight.
Well, the new mom has a new look. And she credits Weight Watchers for helping her succeed at losing weight.
Hudson gave birth to son David Daniel Otunga Jr. 7 short months ago. She has now signed on as the latest spokesperson for Weight Watchers.
Jennifer was right on target when she said "It's a lifestyle change, not a diet."
She went on to say "I am enjoying the weight loss because I'm doing it the right way -- I feel empowered with what I've learned, everything from portion control to what foods will help keep me satisfied," says Hudson.
Weight Watchers has helped a lot of people lose weight because of the simplicity of the plan. Jennifer says, "I can follow the plan no matter where I am, still enjoy my favorite foods and even use the iPhone app to track my points."
Jennifer has failed with dieting in the past. She said, “I tried diet after diet, plan after plan and saw pretty much the same, but Weight Watchers is that much more different."
“I was able to eat sushi and I hadn’t had ice cream in about ten years, and pizza in about ten years, until now. The first week I lost 5 pounds!” Jen dished.
“I hope to set a good example for others. I would like to see many more do the same and conquer what they’ve been trying to conquer forever, because it’s possible!”
I congratulate her on her accomplishment, but it's as hard to keep the weight off as it is to lose it.
I hope she's able to do it.
She can only do it if she manages to follow a balanced exercise program consisting of aerobics and weight training and continues to eat well.
Time will tell. I'm happy for ya Jennifer, and I'm pulling for you!
