How to lose body fat safely but quickly

Step 3 - Learn The Right Way To Exercise

You need to know two things: how to exercise safely and how to design your own effective workout routine.

You can follow along to workout dvds if you have some basic equipment at home or if you're willing to buy some.

If you have some previous experience, P90X is an excellent home workout program.

A good book you can check out is Weight Training Workouts and Diet Plan.

Or you can browse a variety of weight lifting dvds here.

I've also written my own overview of how to design a workout program.

If you can afford it, the best choice you can make is to hire a good Personal Trainer. Make sure you read these guidelines first.
